Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before August 31, 2026

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made after August 31, 2026 or no-shows

Transfer Option:
You may transfer your space to another organization/vendor with advance notice.

Event Cancellation:
If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.​​
