Here, you’ll find advanced Medical and Dental clinics, an on-site Pharmacy, and a range of Social Services, including Prevention, ICSS, and Project Safe. Our Alpine location also houses our main Administration offices, Human Resources, Referrals, and Health Information Management teams.

Located within the vibrant Viejas Outlets, our Viejas Satellite Clinic is a welcoming space dedicated to supporting the Behavioral Health needs of our community. With a comprehensive range of services for both Adults and Youth, our certified experts provide meaningful and compassionate care to the entire community.

We provide crisis intervention and a full range of therapy services, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions. We also offer engaging community programs like talking circles, cultural classes, and skill-building workshops. Our thoughtfully designed facility features an arts and crafts room, a calming sound therapy room, and a youth space filled with toys, games, and art supplies—creating a supportive environment where healing and growth flourish.

Kumeyaay Wellness Center

Located on the serene La Posta Indian Reservation, the Kumeyaay Wellness Center (KWC) provides expert support for mental health, substance use, and overall well-being. Our compassionate team is dedicated to helping community members thrive through personalized, culturally relevant care.

The KWC proudly offers flexible outpatient treatment for individuals aged 13 and older, delivering quality care tailored to each person’s unique needs. Our services include an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults, along with expert counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We also provide enriching community programs like talking circles, cultural classes, and support meetings, ensuring that every client receives tailored care and ongoing support throughout their wellness journey.

Boys & Girls Club of Kumeyaay Nation Wellness

Located on the La Posta Indian Reservation, the Boys & Girls Club of Kumeyaay Nation Wellness (BGCKNW) is proud to be the first Native American Boys & Girls Club in California. More than just a clubhouse, it’s a place where Native youth ages 6-19 can learn, grow, and build a brighter future.

With free membership for Native families, we provide a welcoming space filled with enriching programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and youth empowerment. Our club hosts a Connected Learning Center, powered by AT&T, which features 16 computer stations and full internet access, opening doors to new online learning opportunities. Youth can also engage in creative and educational activities, including music, cooking, homework support, and organized athletics.

Rooted in culture and community, BGCKNW is dedicated to reducing risk factors, building life skills, and helping young people reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
