Southern Indian Health Council is a Native American organization committed to protecting and improving the physical, mental and spiritual health of our American Indian community. We provide a comprehensive range of wellness, professional health care, dental, and social services.

Criteria

  1. An Individual can formally request support if you are a member of the 7 consortium tribes of SIHC or family member of a consortium member. ​

  2. Non-consortium organizations must be registered nonprofits and fall under one of the following categories:

    1. Native American Culture: Museums, language preservation, music, storytelling, art, or other cultural activities.

    2. Social Services: Programs addressing domestic violence, elder care, at-risk youth, child abuse, or homelessness.

    3. Education: Programs serving at-risk youth from low-income households, literacy initiatives, or libraries.

    4. Hospitals/Health Organizations: Medical equipment, family health care, vision and hearing services, elder care, or wellness programs.

    5. Military & Military Families: Support groups and veterans organizations.

  3. All non-profits must attach a copy of their 501(c)(3)
